Default Should I slow down here?

No reads on SB or CO. The turn 3-bet really scared me into thinking higher set, so I called down. Right move? Results later.


Pacific .25/.50 - 8 handed

Preflop : Hero is UTG+1 with 8 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 8 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
UTG folds, Hero calls, MP1 (poster) checks, MP2 (poster) checks, CO calls, Button calls, SB raises, BB folds, Hero calls, MP1 folds, MP2 calls, CO calls, Button calls.

Flop : Flop: (12 SB) Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (6 players)
SB bets, Hero raises, MP2 folds, CO calls, Button folds, SB 3-bets, Hero caps, CO calls.

Turn : (12 BB) K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 players)
SB bets, Hero raises, CO calls, SB 3-bets, Hero calls, CO calls.

River : (21 BB) 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 players)
SB bets, Hero calls, CO folds.

i think i would have capped the turn and raised on the river, and called a 3-bet, only KK and QQ can beat you, and this is pacific...where players are nuts, i wouldnt be surprised he has AK or KQ...
