Default Can I expect quads here?

Do the times my opponent does not hold an A here warrant my aggressiveness on the turn?

At best he's bluffing or you're splitting. So there is no point in raising either way because if he is bluffing you want him to keep firing and if not you gain nothing and lost a lot if he has quads. Your kicker no longer matters.

The turn 3-bet was chip-spewing IMO.

The 3 bet on the turn is absolutely atrocious. It's players like you that make the 15/30 a great game. 98% of the time your splitting, losing, or getting him to fold. There is no value in this.

Nice response. That makes sense.

This isn't a situation in which I've come upon a lot. I don't think your tone is necessary, bicycle.

ok.

Next time I'll sugar coat something so you don't learn anything from posting a hand, k?

You played it horribly and posted the hand. My tone wasn't meant to be personal, I play hands attrociously sometimes too. I like it when people tell me that though, cause that's how I get better. I was just trying to help.

/edit oh and it comes up often enough.

Based on the way your opponent played the flop and turn, I don't like the 3-bet....He has checkraised you twice, which almost certainly means he has an A....The thought process here is what you should take out of this....He likely has a weak ace, and is checkraising the flop to help define his hand....When the 3rd A comes on the turn, I do think that you should bet when checked too, but after he checkraises again, I would call down...

What did you think he was check-raising the turn with? Count me among those who dislike the 3-bet.
