Make a stand now?

$10+1 $4000 GTD at Interpoker blinds 1,200 - 2400

Hero is in LP with Ac-10c and about T9,600.
Guy in MP who has been going all-in with any playable hand goes all-in with T16,000.
Two big stacks (including chip leader) to the left of hero still to act.
Should Hero Call?

Sorry I'm always leaving out info: Top 40 paid, 23 left.
