There is no way you fold to a single bet. What if he had AK or TT? Maybe he has AA, KK, or, worse yet, QQ. But maybe he doesn't.

You have to raise and then use your judgment if you are 3-bet. You also should be considering capping the betting preflop.

Cap preflop, raise the flop, call a 3-bet, fold the turn if you're still under attack.

I like raising the flop here. You aren't certain you don't currently have the best hand in this situation (high cards, mid PP, A8, Ax or other flush draw, etc) and if re-raised or SNG'ed you can drop it on the turn if you don't pickup your flush draw or improve otherwise.

I don't like capping preflop here, but the rest is alright.

Preflop: What 3betting hands do you beat with JJ? Despite hero's position on the villian, I think your going to behind way too much here preflop to cap, especially with no read.

Flop: I like raising here with the backdoor flush and straight draws not to mention a pair much higher than 2nd pair. Call a threebet.

Turn: If 3bet on flop, fold unimproved. If just called on the flop raise, bet here.

I guess with no read a cap isn't automatic. Villain could 3-bet with either a small number of hands (AA-TT, AK, AQs) or a wide variety (AK, AQ, AJs, KQs, AA-88, possibly more).

With no read, I still cap. However, calling the 3-bet and raising the flop should give you the information you need. You could be way ahead or way behind, but either way it won't make a huge difference whether you 3-bet or cap preflop.
