This button does not exist on Party Poker. I suggest you switch to Ultimate Bet, where you can fold face up. This alone makes it a far superior site.

Do they have 15/30 Texas Hold Them games that are going regularly?

Lower limit games are nowhere nearly as good as Party, though beatable.
