ski places

i'm going skiing this weekend for a day or two. i recently moved to the philadelphia area, so what are some good places nearby to ski for intermediate to advanced skiers?

i'm thinking in terms of price, quality/quantity of slopes, and location (i don't want to drive more than 2-3 hours)

also, does anyone know which places offer decent intermediate/advanced instruction/lessons?
