difference between 2/4 and 3/6 on party?

is there any real difference between the 3/6 and 2/4 games on party? Looking for some input from those with a lot of experience on each level, I am beating 2/4 for about 3BB/100 and wanted to know if anyone knows if as a TA-A I will see that big a difference between the two games?
