Set Over Set--Did I Miss A Bet?

My main question in this hand is was I wrong to not raise the flop with middle pair? I figured UTG+2 for an ace because he was so passive, and perhaps a flush draw for MP1. I just had that crappy feeling of not feeling comfortable with calling the flop bet but not being confident enough to raise it. As soon as the T hit I was fisting myself. Any other thoughts?

with four opponents there's a 44% chance someone has an ace. Given there's a bet and an overcall I'd say that's even more likely. Add in the two flush and you're probably way behind on this flop. With only 3 outs (two tens and the backdoor flush) I'd fold. The rest of your play I like.
