Default A bad fold?

what would you guys have done with this hand?


Party Poker 2/4 Hold'em (9 handed) converter

Good fold, I really don't see how you're still ahead here. Best case scenario you're beating a fool and behind 2 pair, drawing to 8 outs. However, I think you're more likely behind a set or drawing dead to a straight.

I think I would still get to a showdown. I've had situations like these where some clown comes alive on the turn trying to steal the pot when a scare card hits. I think UTG+1 has something like JT and is scared CO has a straight.

At the point you fold, there's almost 16BB in the pot. You're drawing dead if somebody has the straight already, and it's possible the A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] is tainted by the flush. So, that isn't enough reason to call. You have to have some chance that you're still ahead, and I don't think you have it.

I think the fold is ok. If anybody agrees with my tight-weak analysis, do you think hero should fold to the FIRST bet on the turn? (He had even worse odds there.)
