I like everything except the river bet. You aren't going to force out a stronger hand here, and aren't going to win very often. The hand you were most likeley to beat (Tx) now has your number. The rest of the play is good though.

yeah, i think checking the river is prudent.
but i'd probably bet the river because i'm stubborn like that.
