Default Anyone 8 table NL?

I've been 4 tabling 50NL at party with decent success (enough to pay for a second 2001FP with this weeks take + party bonus anyway). I didn't buy it so I could 8 table, but since I'm going to have it, does anyone 8 table or is it just too much to handle? I've seen limit guys talk about 16 and 24 tabling, but NL requires more intensive player reads and decisions for your whole stack instead of one bet at a time...

At 50NL and less you can safely 8 table. The players are awful enough that strict ABC poker will make you tons of money.

I 8-tabled NL50 6-Max for a while to see if it would be comparable to 4-tabling of NL100. I got in 5k hands for 4.77 BB/100 (Or 9.56 big blinds/100). Not enough hands, sure, but getting a feel for it, I think it's doable -- you can play entirely straight forward. From a practical standpoint, you might be engaged in some heavy clicking. And any time I was distracted by a phone call/roommate/TV I ended up getting timed out from at least one table, and folded AA and 99 once each. But I was new to the whole 8-tabling thing, and I think that would have worked out with just more practice. I remember having problems quad tabling when I first started, but anything less now and I get bored.

Eight tabling is fine -- but if you are good enough to eight table you should probably just be quadding NL100 (or eight tabling there!). My BB/100 was a lot higher at NL100, but I think that's just cause people are even more fishy there not cause of increased clicking -- I jest ... mostly.

I intend on trying out eight tabling NL100 after my exams; I'll let you know how that disaster waiting to happen goes .

IMO 8 tabling 6-max is heinous without rigorous preparation 8 tabling full ring or playerview/gametime+

A long time ago I tried it without any 8 tabling full ring experience and I timed out every hand and it was a total disaster.

Now, its smooth as silk.

How in the hell do you guys do this ? I am consumed with one table of NL let alone 8 or even 2 . Jesus. I can't imagine. C'mon, how in the world ? I like to watch everyone very intently almost like Phil Ivey. Not saying I'm anywhere near his level but saying I watch the play intently.

having playerview makes it feel like 4 tabling.
