Party Client - Welcome Window Auto-Mini

I'm new to the Party client, and though I've looked around on the options tab and searched through this forum, I can't find a way to keep the Welcome window from miniturizing automatically whenever I join a table. Is there a way to keep from doing this? I multi-table and it's kind of a pain to have to keep opening the window over and over again...

Wow, I just might be the laziest SOB around, but I'd still like to know if there's a way to do this.
