Question about Party/Empire bonuses

I don't want to go into a lot of detail about what I'm doing, but is it possible to cashout before you clear the bonus? I realize I will still have to clear it to get it, but I want to cashout before I'm even close to clearing it. Will that be a problem? Does it get taken away, or as long as I clear it by the deadline is it cool? Thanks.
