Villain seems loose fishy bad post-flop call-everything-down some preflop-agression no post-flop action and he has a very short stack. I haven't sat down too long at the table so I don't know for sure.

Against a very short stack, this is fine.

I dont think it mattered. Once you raised preflop that committed him to the hand, hence his re-raise there. You cant get away from this hand if he was shortstacked, so I dont think it matters when you get it in
