Default QQ - Top set but scarry action. Should I bet river for value?

Party Poker 2/4 Hold'em (10 handed) converter

Average to good Party 2/4 game.

MP2 is loose with some level of aggression. He calls preflop raises with suited connectors and he more or less always bet if he's in late position and everyone checks to him. He seldom raise on his own though.

No reads on BB.

Preflop: Hero is UTG+2 with Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
UTG folds, UTG+1 folds, Hero raises, MP1 folds, MP2 calls, MP3 folds, CO folds, Button folds, SB folds, BB calls.

Flop: (6.50 SB) Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 players)
BB checks, Hero bets, MP2 calls, BB calls.

Turn: (4.75 BB) 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 players)
BB thinks for a long time and then checks, Hero bets, MP2 calls, BB raises, Hero calls, MP2 calls.

I think I should've re-raised, what does the rest of you think?

River: (10.75 BB) 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 players)
BB checks, Hero checks, MP2 checks.

When BB checks I'm more scared of what MP2 is holding and I check. Should I have bet?

Final Pot: 10.75 BB
