Party Poker 0.5/1 Hold'em (9 handed) converter Preflop: Hero is MP1 with K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. 2 folds, Hero raises, 3 folds, Button calls, SB calls, BB calls. Flop: (8 SB) Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (4 players) SB checks, BB checks, Hero bets, Button folds, SB folds, BB calls. Turn: (5 BB) T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players) BB bets, Hero calls. River: (7 BB) 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players) BB bets, Hero calls. Final Pot: 9 BB At the turn, I said, "could he have KJ?" before I called. Then at the river I said, "yeah, I think he has KJ" before I called. Is the pot small enough here to fold on either of these streets? This may be really straight forward, so I look forward to your input because I find myself in this situation alot; that is calling down with a marginal hand in a medium-sized pot. It could be a huge leak. Edited subject to reflect my true holding. sorry for not paying attention... |

In your title post it says you have AQo.

If you really had KQ, I think this is a pretty obvious fold on the turn unless you have some read on BB as especially tricky or aggressive.

I wasn't paying real close attention and can't say why I typed AQ, but it's not what I held. KQo is the real deal. I corrected the subject. Fold, huh? I know, maybe I just needed to hear someone else say it. |

[/ QUOTE ] to call down you are putting up 2BB to win 7BB, or 3.5/1 he bet into you on the turn on a scare card ... basically do you think he's bluffing/betting a weaker hand 20% of the time .. if so call down, otherwise fold wait for a better read of his play |

You also have to worry about weaker players playing QT or AT and not just KJ. Like everyone else mentioned that you should fold on the turn, unless you have a good read on the player.
