I find that i can be a great player at a full table and a great heads up player but when i start playing a full table and it gets short handed such as in a tournament or when i am playing hu and it becomes a full table, my game goes to sh*t and i don't know why and i need any comments and i know this is a huge run on and are there any strategy tips anyone uses?

Play some 5-max and 6-max games for a while, together with reading here. You should then start to be able to piece it together.
