Default The AA bad beat, pls help!

I tend to sit at TAG 1/2 tables and my pocket AA and KK have been constantly broken in the following manner. I raise preflop, and have usually had a minimal amount of callers (I never seem to be in with hands like these when it gets capped preflop), then the flop comes rainbow or some sort of other un-assuming board in which I have the strongest hand. Rather then bet here and chase all the action away I have been checking the flop, then betting the turn and the river. The problem I have been having is these monster pairs keep being beat by drawn two pair; streight, and baby flush hands. Are these just simply bad beats that I shouldnt get hung up on, or should I be betting the flop against unmade, passive hands regardless of whether or not I will scare them away and get stuck with small pots when holding a monster.
