Pokertracker Question

I'm having an issue with pokertracker. It won't recognize the date from pokerstars ring games because it kicks the time to a 2nd line. If I go in and manually put the time on the 1st line of each hand, then it works. Can this be automatically remedied? Is it a format problem with my email?

Make sure that your email is set up for the largest line width possible (i.e. 132 for hotmail), and that the wrap function is turned off on your text editor. The Pokertracker forum should be able to help you with anything else.
