Default TPTK check raised on turn

UTG+1 seems like a LAG so far after maybe 20 hands or so.

Party Poker 0.5/1 Hold'em (9 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is MP3 with Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
UTG folds, UTG+1 calls, MP1 folds, MP2 folds, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises</font>, CO calls, Button folds, SB folds, BB folds, UTG+1 calls.

Flop: (7.50 SB) 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
UTG+1 checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets</font>, CO folds, UTG+1 calls.

Turn: (4.75 BB) T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
UTG+1 checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets</font>, <font color="#CC3333">UTG+1 raises</font>, Hero...

What do you do here?

Pfft. Good question.

Is he Laggy enough to make a play here with KQ or worse?

8 to 1 I think I call and call and check/call the river against a LAG.

Call the turn raise and check/call the river. Heads-up, there's no other play unless your opponent is predictably tight.

Eh call down if he is LAG. Making calling down the default play in these spots can get costly IMO.

Agreed. You're probably up against pocket 7s, but, you have 5 outs vs. Q9, 8 outs vs. 79, you're beating KQ, and, most importantly, it is the Party.

I can't add. Of course, you have only 3 outs vs. Q9. Call down nevertheless.
