Re: Did I push too hard here?
Eh. Probably not. Hard to see what beats you, but hard to see what doesn't beat you that caps the turn.
If it's some goofy bastard slowplaying AA what are you going to do, I think you'll more often see 7x with a worst kicker. Of course the 6 doesn't make you real happy if that's the case as 67 probably plays this the same. |

Re: Did I push too hard here?
Against that much aggression, I think there would be merit to checkraising the river and calling a 3-bet. You've got to be damned sure he'll bet though.

Re: Did I push too hard here?
Why did you check/call the flop? With no pre-flop raise, did you have any reason to expect someone to bet here?

Re: Did I push too hard here?
I would have bet and raised the flop.

Re: Did I push too hard here?
Because I'm a bit taken aback by the timid players on Paradise.
On Pacific I would bet out there and everyone would call. On Paradise I'm betting out on the flop and people drop like flies (and there aren't that many going in the flop to start with). So I'm getting a lot of <$2 pots, which is fine, but I was trying to see if I could get a little bit more money out of that hand. Guess it wasn't the right hand to do it.. Re: Did I push too hard here?
Call the river raise, don't 3-bet. At every opportunity, your opponent has shown aggression. He may very well have flopped the joint with A7 -- a very common hand at these limits.

Re: Did I push too hard here?
read on UTG?
I would probably bet the flop and call the river raise. |
