Default PT autorating for multiple limits

Excuse me if this has been asked before but I'm just getting serious about using PT to help my game...

I've got more than 5000 hands at each of 3 different levels (1/2; 2/4; 3/6). Do you autorate and keep notes at just your current level of playing or do you autorate across all levels?? Would somebody's game be different enough from say 1/2 to 2/4 to give you an incorrect rating if you merged the data?? Thanks...

my friend keeps a seperate database for each of his different limits. I think the rules would still be roughly the same for each difficulty though.
