Default 99 - Good Line?

Villain in this hand is TA-N (VPIP 19, PFR 8)
Plan was to fold to a River raise if unimproved.
Any thoughts?

looks pretty good. I might check raise the flop to find out where I at instead of just check calling and then leading.

I'm not crazy about it. It looks like you had the best hand and got the minimum amount of bets out of it on each street. You should bet the flop. If he raises, pull a stop-n-go on the turn, unless you spike a 9, in which case you check-raise the turn. If he calls the flop, keep betting until you face aggression to an overcard. And if you were so sure he'd bet the flop to your check, then check-raise on the flop.
