Prima Hand History Issue

I get my games listed ok if I ask for a certain number of games, but if I request "last day" it returns NOTHING. Anyone else have thi sissue? Do I have to request my hands at least every 100 hands? How long does it take after a hand for it to show up in the hand history?

Knock on wood, but this is what's been working for me lately: select the "advanced search" or whatever it's called--the tab on the right of the two tabs at the top.

Then select "last day" AND ALSO make sure the correct date is shown, or select the date you want. Bear in mind that the date changes about 7 hours earlier at their location in Europe than it does for me in CST.
