Default Stop n’ Go AA Monster Against Triple C/R - Max Value?

Villain is UTG and LA-P (VPIP 70, PFR 18, AF .7)
I may have slowed down more than necessary on this one - any thoughts?
This hand also broke the villain and opened up the table. Following this hand he ran through another $100 in 30 mins.

Agreed. That was definitely a mistake.

you can't stop on the flop AND stop on the turn. It's terrible.

I'm OK with getting fancy schmancy on the flop, but now we'll never know if you could have capped the turn and the river.

Just like Bison said, I can't legitimately stop and go two times and should have hit the gas on the Turn.
Admittedly, I was confused once c/red for the second time after I filled up - it clouded my thoughts and what have you.
Next time I’ll do better.
