Sorry - been going through a bad run and losing confidence.

Is the decision THAT obvious at $10/$20?

I dont play 10/20 so am unfamiliar with how aggro it is.

but you can definately make a case for calling down, as he could very easily be on a semi bluff with the way this board is.

So far we seem to have an "obvious" fold and a case for calling down

Any other views?

I think a similar hand was posted tonight and the general consensus was to fold. The hand was at 5/10. I think folding is the right move here.

hmmmmm..why would he raise on the 4d?
2 possible reasons
1. He's put you on a flush draw (holding a K himself he WOULD tend to think you're a flush draw)--i would tend to eliminate HIM as a flush at this point--
2. it helped him with a straight (but is he the sort of idiot who calls a raise on 5-3 or 8-3???)
3. HE has a pp as well, and hit a set (again, is he the sort??)
4. He has a K, and either hit his kicker (would he callw/ K-4s??) or is betting against what he thinks is yr draw.

I would tend to put him on a weak K, or wk pp-- BIG K would reraise the flop, I think--and try to fold yr draw there.

I time out a lot.....

I BET the flop (from BB) and he just called. He then raised turn.

Against an unknown player, I will assume he/she is a reasonable and fairly passive sane player. So although the decision close, I err in the side of safety and fold.

Yep, against an unknown. Not many enough at 10/20 are worth calling down in this spot with 2nd pair.

But again, u can call him down to get a better read, it probably isnt very EV- against a typical 10/20.
