Do you play in silence?

Ok, So do you play in silence? Have music on? Chat to friends(msn etc)?

I currently have silence, MSN reply if msn'ed but never intentionally.

i think music on makes me play bad or gives me bad cards lol! Everytime it goes on i get a down in chips!

Just wondered what you guys do?

if i play in silence i usually find myself talking to myself. Things like "bet", "raise", or "i hopr you get aids" This makes me uncomfortable. Thus, music, and if time allows i will chat at the table.

I usually have the TV on, digital music or adult swim, MXC or other shows that don't really demand my attention but are good background noise/something to look at if I need to stop looking at the screen for a bit. Also, I usually have a web browser pulled up.

When 2-tabling, TV on on the background, almost always. If I'm 3-tabling 5/10 SH I might turn it down/off (still getting used to it, and I have overlapping tables on the screen).
