We are opening on January 8th 2005 , but we are having a tournament on 12/30/04

There is No rake... Rakes are not legal in social clubs... we charge membership fees...

Great idea... I'm thinking about opening one of these in the Memphis area but I really wonder about the legalities. Is it pretty common nationwide that as long as there is no rake, it is legal?
