It's not. Today's (12/15) bonus is 10x prop.

Has anyone done this? I just got a prop offer, and it only said $10 so I turned it down. Do they just pay you the extra later?

Yes, they pay 9x later. You should go to their promotions page and read the specifics for today's promo
