QQ in LP - what to do, what to do?

This was a hand from last nights Pokerroom $20 +2 $15,000 guaranteed.

695 started, we are down to about 200. I am in my 2nd orbit at the table, so no solid reads yet. Blinds I believe are at 200/400.

UTG Goes all in for 995.
UTG +1 Calls (His stack is about 6,000)
MP Raises all in for for 3,200.

Hero has 12,000. The only guy at the table who has me covered has already folded. The only sizable stack yet to act is the BB who has about 8,500.

What's my play here?
