Default Still no idea...

My biggest problem with big hands- i don't know hao to take someone's stack. So i just get all weak tight trying not to make it obvious i hold a monster.

Nothing you can do about the first hand. Since you're holding both the A [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] and K [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], no one could be drawing to the high-end flush. Only possible competition in that hand is someone who spiked a set on the flop (hoping for the board to pair on the turn/river) or someone with the 7 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] or 3 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], who would be going for the straight flush.

In hand 2, I'd bet $5 on the turn. That makes it look like you are a bit scared of the third spade, but don't want to give any free cards. If he calls, that's fine. If he comes over the top and tries to scare you out of the pot, even better.

Sometimes betting even a bit less than you bet last time looks really weak/scared and can get people to come over the top.

Hand 1: It's going to be tough to win a lot on this hand, but you should at least raise preflop. Once you've raised preflop, betting out on the flop looks as much like protecting yourself against the flush as it does betting the flush.

Hand 2: On the flop, bet the whole $5: $4.75 is just so annoying. Definitely follow this up with a bet on the turn, anywhere from $5-10 (in even dollars please) would be fine.
