Default Middle Pocket Pair HU against a LAG...call, call, call??

So I couldn't sleep (final in a few hours) and decided to play some 15/30 6 max on Party. The villan has a VPIP of 43 and PFR of 18 from about 2000 hands. He is in the SB and I am in the BB. It folds around to him and he raises (this is standard for him to do with any 2 cards), I 3 bet w/ 6s6c and he caps. Flop is QQ5r, he bets and I call. My thinking now is that I very well have him beat but I don't want him to 3 bet me. Turn is a 2 completing the rainbow. He bets and I still call. River is a 3 he checks and I bet? (seems to be a value bet against this player to me). He folds and I take the pot. Does anyone play this hand different?

I'd raise the turn. you almost always have him beat, but he probably has 6 outs against you. charge him to draw or give him the opportunity to fold
