small pair on a really tight table

sorry this is my first post and the hand converter doesnt work for me so i had to do this by hand. I've just started playing limit switching from no limit got only about 1000 limit hands under my belt and this is one of the hands i had a problem playing. The table was really tight and i was actually just trying to win the blinds with the preflop raise which i'm not sure if it was good or bad just looking for some help on all streets about my play.
