Default Calling a Push in the BB

I almost never call and all-in in the BB unless I have a very strong hand. Im starting to look at this part of my game as an area that I can improve upon. I just posted the BB leaving me with around 6BB. We are 7 handed at the Level 4 and I have a little fold equity left in my stack. A loose big stack sits to my left and is making it difficult to steal from the button. The table has been very aggressive so steal opportunities are at a minimum. The small stack button pushes all-in. I think this is a desperation steal and have him on a broad range of hands here. I need better than a 38% chance to win to make the call. I have QJo and options are:

Call and win - improving my stack to 10BB

Call and lose - my stack gets crushed to below 3BB

Fold - My stack sits at 6BB and I wait for a premium hand to try and double up.

Whats my best play?

Easy fold. QJ is not a great hand to call an all in with, even if you think he's desperate (any pair, any ace, any king). You still have some FE left with your stack so I'd be willing to fold here and wait for a better chance where you can get all your money in first, or with a better hand.

Ya; fold the QJ. It's not a very strong hand here and you're not in a terrible spot atm. Just wait for a big premium hand instead of gambling without good odds here.

Bah! I called and won against A3o. Went on to win the tourney. I think I knew I made a bad play but was hoping one person would back up my call. No such luck.
