Paying the blind at a new table

Dont know if this has been brought up yet but does anyone think it is a tell if someone sits down at a new table and they sit in utg and instead of waiting till next turn to pay the big blind they pay it twice in a row. Is this a sign of a bad player or am i the only one who waits till the blind comes around to pay
