WR: Jimmy Smith vs. CHI or Eric Moulds vs. CLE?

QB: 8 team league and Bulger is down. Lot of choices on the waiver wire.

Pick one: Hasselbeck vs. MIN, Griese vs SD, Leftwich vs. CHI, Pennington vs PIT, Bledsoe vs. CLE, Feeley vs. DEN, Chandler vs. CAR

Definitely Jimmy Smith.

As for the QB, I would pass on Leftwich just because I wouldn't want to put all my eggs in one basket if I am starting Jimmy Smith. Also I think that Bledsoe is just hotter right now. Yeah, I'd definitely go with Bledsoe.

Well, it's a real good thing to be playing against Cleveland right now. Smith vs Moulds is a pick em but the matchup favors Moulds by quite a bit. Plus, he has been playing alright lately, and Smith (with Jacksonville) has had three horrendous weeks in a row.

However, I don't think playing Cleveland is enough to warrant starting Bledsoe over Hasselbeck who is far and away the safest QB on that list.

Moulds is the consistent pick. Probably 5 catches for 90 yards and a maybe a touchdown. This week especially, Smith is a boom or bust player. Could get a bunch, could be shut down. The Bears are a good defense that can give up an occational deep pass. If Smith catches it big week. If he doesn't, shut down by a good secondary.

Hasselback is starting against a defense that made Chad Hutchenson look like a stud last week. Enough said.
