Poker Tracker auto-rate suggestions

Anyone have suggestions about different stat-ranges to use for the auto-rate feature? Anything that seems to have played out particularly accurately?

There's also an autorate file in that thread that you can download and just import into PT so it doesn't take you an hour to do it yourself.
