Default I hope Ed Miller will forgive me, I might have cost him a book sale.

I am playing at the Grand Victoria in Rising Sun, IN and a young guy is talking about Phil Helmuth's book, Play Poker like a P***Y or is it like a Pro? Anyway, I had SSH under my chair and He asked me if that book was any good. I said, because I don't want any sharks in my fish pond, "It's Okay, it's just something to read while I am waiting for a seat."

I beat them like a cheap rug so if He is paying attention, He'll buy it immediately. If not, sorry Ed.

Don't worry about me... you can tell your opponents anything you need to. I can just bill you for the lost sales later.

I tell them that your book helps them jack up their variance.

Mr. Miller your book is better written than HFAP (yellow book). It is easier to understand. You put many good things in there that really improved my game. Things I would have taken a lot of time to think of.

I like the post flop strategies involved in analyzing flops and other players' play. Really has helped bust bluffs and allows me to call down more successfully headsup. Keep up the good work. Now I am a winning player 85% of my sessions or more.

85% seems extremely high to me. Are your sessions thousands of hands?

Yea, I agree, that was very good. The strategies and plays seem to get all the attention on this book, but I think some of the basic poker instruction is better than any book I have read.

Your situation doesn't make any sense. Why the hell would you bring a poker room to the casino? You should never have been put in the position of lying about it.

I agree. Most casinos have plenty of poker rooms. Bringing your own is kind of insulting to the casino, not to mention it's got to be a bitch to carry around.
