It happened
Early in SNG, BB50
Hero dealt KK in SB MP raise to 150, Hero raise to 450, BB calls Flop: TKT Hero checks, BB checks, MP bets 450, Hero calls, BB goes all in. MP calls, Hero calls. BB has QQ, MP has AK, 4500 (3x starting chips) in pot Turn A, River A

If this makes you feel any better, I got knocked out of a recent tournament on this hand: I got dealt Q's, raised from UTG, got called by BB, who JUST BARELY had me covered... flop was Q - A - 9, BB bet, I raised, BB reraised, I pushed. BB called. Shows 3-5!!!! No flush draw, nothing! You know where this is going: turn 2, river 4 I sat stunned at my computer with my mouth open for about 2 minutes. I chalked it up to my sacrifice to the poker gods and thanked them that such players actually exist! After the initial shocked wore off, I actually started to laugh. Not much else to do...
