Poker Tracker Error -anyone seen it before?

When I try to remove an alias I get the following error:

Database Error - Updating GAME_PLAYERS

-1033 - SQLSTATE = S1000
[Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access Driver] File sharing lock count exceeded. Increase MaxLocksPerFile registry entry
********

Anyone familiar with this? I found several MaxLocksPerFile registry entries under the Jet database engine folders, and under Money folders. I don't suppose it could hurt much to bump up those values ... any thoughts?

I'm assuming you are using the new patch? Might be a bug. You would probably get a better answer in the books/software forum or on the pokertracker forum itself.

Thanks for the reply. I took your suggestion and posted on the software board. The PT forum is down after apparently being hacked recently. The hacking makes me a little nervous to download the latest patch ... I'm not too far behind on the patches.

This is a known thing that I ran into. There's a FAQ item on the PT boards, but since they're down, I think you can google a fix for "Increase MaxLocksPerFile".
