Well, I still haven't revieved my Wilson' O8 simulator, but I'm cleaning up at the tables and riding a lucky streak. Still, I've run into a few sticky situations, 2 of which I mananged to find at the end of my night.

I make perhaps an undesireable call on the cheap street, end up with the 2nd nuts high, with 2 cards to a low which I have no hope of winning. I start to bet out, and my 3 competitors all bet like they are holding A2JJ. I called the turn, hoping to suck them in. The river pairs the board twice (I have each) and gives no low. They still bet, so I’m convinced that someone has the JJ, so I call it out. Emueggs plays particularly tight, so his check until the river, then raise, was particularly alarming. Do I just need to grow some balls?

This next hand I’ll cut off before the results. I don’t like that emuegges in in the hand, but they all showed weakness on the river, and I had one of the 5’s taken as well as the 2nd high nuts. I usually think that a board is less likely to be boated when two pair is up than one, though again, I don’t have my O8 similator yet and that is only from my limited playing experience. Is this a value bet, or a stupid bet on the river?

I've been too sick to play in the Five Diamond Classic. So I've been sitting around playing low limit O8 by rote (I don't usually play online poker, so if you ever see FeliciaLee playing, it's usually Glenn).

Don't expect anything spectacular from my play, mostly I'm just mega tight and playing the nuts, per Zee, except when I'm high on cold meds (lol).
