4 Big blinds

Last night, 6/12 B&M game, this situation came up.

I am UTG, and for some reason EP3 sits down and posts a $6 BB. MP1 has been out for a walk or a smoke, and missed two blinds. The policy here is he has to post immediatley an amout equal to the BB and the SB, so he posts $9. Instead of the usual $9, this pot has $24 in it before the cards are dealt. Keeping in mind this is a very loose and passive game, how low would you lower your starting hands to take the extra dead money into consideration? Any two connected? Any two suited? Only suited A's K's or Q's? This situation comes up from time to time and I have never given much thought to what changes would be reasonable.
