Default InterPoker Bonus Scam

In March I stupidly tried for the intercasino casino bonus, and lost my money.

This month, I decided to do the interpoker deposit bonus listed here .
I deposited more than $90, and played 467 raked hands (out of 549 hands), then checked for my bonus which should have, according to the terms and conditions, cleared at 450 hands.

It did not.

As such I called support to ask why it hadn't cleared, and was informed of two things:
1) all played hands at interpoker would count against my CASINO bonus from long ago, even though at the time they were clearly listed as being seperate.
2) they claimed that I only had 229 raked hands. When I argued that I'd be happy to provide the hand numbers, they said that I was wrong and was talking about total hands, not raked hands. I again stated my number of total hands and raked hands, and they again claimed that these were incorrect.

I guess if something seems too good to be true, it probably is. If you decide to play at interpoker, don't expect to actually get your bonuses.

For a crypto skin that doesn't scam you, I recommend William Hill.

You didnt wager the correct amount in order to be eligible for the bonus. It does carry over...You had leftover wager requirements from that casino bonus.

Effectively Interpoker will be offering you $180 this month in playing out the required PREVIOUS set of hands as well as the hands for Novemeber. Unless you play them by tonight, you will have 900 hands worth of outstanding bonuses to play on December before you will receive the December bonus.

So technically you are complaining about the EXTRA money InterPoker and you were ignorant to their T+C. You probably had 229 raked hands counting for this month after they subtracted the rest of the raked hands off the bonus money from the casino.

As for Will Hill, try recommending a site that can afford to pay out in Neteller without some BS excuse. A site that will let you play in pounds and accept Neteller. Will Hill is the worst Crypto available. The crappiest bonus, the crappiest payment options. Play Pokerplex with a rakeback if you want to try and inform others of your own ignorance.

you realize that you have to put money in the pot for it to count as a raked hand? i thought it had been talked about like 2 million times. Also, I do this bonus monthly and i have never been "scammed", in fact, im eagerly awaiting tomorrow morning so that i may get some free money. While you claimed that it is a scam, you gave no evidence of any actual scam going on, bummer.

The point is that I followed the terms and conditions of all my bonuses. At the time I did the casino bonus, it was clearly listed as being seperate from the poker bonuses. If it wasn't, I wouldn't have risked the poker bonuses. Now they're saying otherwise.

And additionally they're giving a completely different answer about the number of raked hands I played than what my hand histories show. They just called me and are now alleging that they'll call me back with more detail.

I pointed out that I followed the terms and conditions that they stated explicitly, and they were unable to show otherwise.

Well, at least I won money in the games while I was trying to clear the bonus.

Use William Hill, not InterPoker. William Hill pays their pay to play bonuses.

I didn't know that, thanks. I signed up for InterPoker today actually. I know this is common knowledge but can someone tell me how to check the raked hands I've played? Sorry for the hijack (but this thread was kinda stupid to start with).

This is not a scam, this has been their policy since they changed their bonus structure several months ago. Lots of people had to play thousands of hands of poker to catch up with backed-up wagering requirements.

There is one bonus that may be cleared in the casino or the poker room. If you make a deposit one month without clearing the wagering requirement, the wagering requirement and bonus (if you have not already lost it in the casino) carries over to the next month. This was described in several emails and was on the website, but you're right that it is not currently clearly defined in the T&C at InterCasino or InterPoker.

If you just play poker, you will get your money just fine.

If you are attempting to clear the bonus in the casino, stop immediately and go play the poker room. When there was two bonuses

Also, there are a lot of rumors that the other Crypto sites will will be converting to this same bonus structure in the future, so make sure you don't backup too much in lost-but-uncleared casino bonuses at the other Crypto poker/casino sites (such as WillHill, CaribbeanSun, UKBetting, Totalbet).

According to their last phone call to me, they'll actually tell you if you ask them.

I got an explanation for the part I was most upset about (the enormous raked hand discrepancy). Apparently they update these daily, and most of my hands weren't being counted because they were played "today" (last night).

Thanks for the explanation.

My problem bonus was from the days when they had two bonuses. I took one shot at the casino bonus, missed, and never tried it again. At the time, I was still able to receive poker bonuses, so I had no reason to believe it would ever affect future poker bonuses.

What's really pathetic is that you guys explained what happened far, far better than anybody at intercasino did. They just kept claiming that the poker and casino bonuses were always one and the same which was obviously not true.

I appreciate the help, and stand by my recommendation of William Hill. After a bumpy start (I bought in via VISA, and it took months to get them to let me cash out to neteller) they've been excellent.
