Transfer to another player at Party... How?

Hi...

Can anyone tell me how to transfer money from my Party account to another player's account? I don't see a link anywhere that says 'transfer funds to another player' etc...

do you have any idea how much of your balance they let you transfer? I've heard you must leave $50 in the account... does that sound right?

I never used it myself, but I seem to recall seeing that you have to leave $50. in your account.

Anyone else know for sure?
