Default Donkeys in the Big Game

This was hinted at in another post but I figured I'd ask it directly here...who donates to the Big Game? I can't believe it's only Larry Flynt.

Also, how do they play that makes them "donators"?

Larry Flindt does not play in the big game at the bellagio, and also I suspect "not being one of the top 10 players in the world" makes them donators.

I've witnessed Larry Flynt playing the big game at Bellagio with Johnny Chan and Phil Ivey among others in the last year.
