normally i wouldnt be too thrilled, but thanks to david skansky's book im reading i'm looking at it from different angle.
In those 2 hours, i went through a stretch of 1.5 hours where i did not win a single pot.....at a 6 handed table. Thats close to 130 hands without 1 pot, save for 2 times when i got the blinds. All draws missed, the few hands i played and was ahead got drawn out on. But now that i think of it, i still think i made almost all the right choices, and didnt chase bad draws, and saved even more bets as a result. A lessor player would have likely lost way more with the cards and boards i was dealt in that time, and i feel great about it.... |

well you can be happy about the way you played.. but don't ever feel great about losing... at least the way i feel - your always gonna need that drive to feel great about winning, not losing... it is all about money now, isn't it?

Losing 15BB in 2 hours is extremely good if you didn't win a hand for 1.5 hours. Especially in 6 max.

of course i dont like to lose, but i can be happy that i played a good game and still ended up behind.
If it is all about money like you say, then i'm happy about all the bets and money i saved. |

Eh. I don't get it, if you're a winning player and you played for 2 hours how did you lose $300?
