Slow roasted. Be sure to leave to windows open in the afternoon, if you know what I mean.

The best turkey has to be relatively small (about 12 lbs is best), brined over-night (soaked in a solution of water and salt with a little sugar), and oven roasted.

Fried is really good. I recommend everyone try it some time, even if it isnt on Thanksgiving.

I brined a turkey in saltwater and bourbon last year and it was the shiznit.

Always wanted to try deep fried though, just because everything is better deep fried.
