What is going on here? A little more than two weeks ago I tried to make a transfer from TGC to Neteller. I called several times to find out what was taking so long and each time I was told that it was being processed and the reason for the delay was because of problems with Neteller. Now today I get a check for what was supposed to be the amount of my transfer minus the fee for the courier. I called support to find out what happened and the person I talked to seemed to have no idea what I was talking about. I have been very pleased with almost everything about your poker room so far, but this time I am very frustrated.
