Form TD F 90-22.1 for foreign accounts > $10,000

Has anyone filed this form in the past and are peolple planning on filing this form for 2004?

I am going to report and pay tax on my gambling income for 2004, which I am fine with, but this form worries me for some reason. Will the Fed Govt. show up at my door and arrest me for gambling after they see this form (half joking)

Am I being paranoid?
