Default 20-40 online very loose table

Hi!
I was watching my friend play at a very loose/aggressive online game.
The game is 10-handed but only 6 playing and my friend gets 4h5h UTG and limps.
UTG+1 who is a fish raises and the next player who is a medium player reraises. SB(callingstation)and BB(unknown) calls and so does my friend.

Now to the question. After the hand I asked my friend why he called with that hand and he says if I hit I `ll probably win a big pot. I agreed but said that he probably should have 4-capped it giving him better odds on flop and a little more deception to the hand . He disagreed and said it was bad play.

All thoughts and comments welcome!

Dont limp up front with low suited connectors. They play much better in position after the flop. Second, if he caps, noone will believe he has a big hand, plus he is unlikely to get anyone to fold top pair in such a big pot even if they did semi-believe him. The raise and reraise killed his implied odds after the flop.
